This morning around 3:40 AM Isaac had fell asleep in my arm. Eventually by 5:30 my arm felt numb and so I slowly put the baby down. To ease the numbness I turned away from Isaac, and layed on the other side turning my back towards him. While I tried to fall asleep again I hear noises…and the sound of velcro coming undone (the swaddle). I continue to sleep. Then I hear baby coos. By this time I’m thinking it still bedtime, don’t talk to him, he will fall back to sleep. I continue to try to sleep. Next, Isaac starts to tap on my back. I’m still trying to sleep for another 20 minutes, while realizing “this baby took his hand out the swaddle”. Then, I’m getting scratched and eventually my shirt strap is getting pulled. This went on for about 10 minutes. He just tapped, scratched and pulled away for 10 minutes. In my mind I thought he would eventually give up and go back to sleep. But, he didn’t.
As soon as I turned around I heard the Spirit say “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7.
“I sought the LORD, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears” (Psalm 34:4).
Be persistent in prayer, in asking, in knocking. How many times have we given up on “asking” simply because we didn’t receive an answer right then. That’s not FAITH. That’s faith on the answer, NOT God… ouch!!!!
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6).
Other versions say: earnestly, sincerely, search….HIM.
I honestly believe Isaac would not have stopped until he got my attention. Until he earnestly, sincerely, searched for me. It would probably have turned into a full blown cry. But, is not only because he is a baby and that’s what he does, but because “…he thinks of himself accordance with the faith God has distributed to him” (Romans 12:3). That is child-like faith already in operation in him. I. Need. That. Type. Of. Faith.
Child-like faith requires that we earnestly, diligently, sincerely, search, for God… NOT the answer itself.
Keep knocking. Keep believing.

I’m impressed, I must say. Seldom do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and engaging, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. The problem is an issue that too few people are speaking intelligently about. Now i’m very happy I came across this in my search for something regarding this.|

Superb blog! Do you have any suggestions for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you propose starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any tips? Kudos!|
Imarieli says
Start with a free option…and if you are trying to go for the looks, and considering it long term a paid option is good. I have a business in building sites, let me know if you need help, reach to me at [email protected]. As far as writing goes I think writers are always thinking about writing even when you are not writing. Find inspiration and ideas throughout your day and write them down. Then, sit down and write from those notes. Another thing you can do is set a time each specifically dedicated to write, even if you don’t come up with anything your body and mind will eventually adjust to just write. Lastly, not sure if you have a relationship with God, but I have found my most inspiration when spending time with God and His Holy Spirit and/or reading a devotional. Best wishes!

Good post. I learn something new and challenging on websites I stumbleupon on a daily basis. It’s always interesting to read through content from other writers and use something from their websites. |

Definitely believe that which you said. Your favorite justification appeared to be on the internet the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people consider worries that they just don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks|

First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Cheers!|

Howdy! I know this is kinda off topic nevertheless I’d figured I’d ask. Would you be interested in exchanging links or maybe guest authoring a blog post or vice-versa? My site covers a lot of the same subjects as yours and I believe we could greatly benefit from each other. If you happen to be interested feel free to shoot me an email. I look forward to hearing from you! Terrific blog by the way!|

Heya this is kind of of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!|
Imarieli says
I do not use editors. I update it myself from the back end of the site. I hope this helps.

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this website. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that “perfect balance” between usability and appearance. I must say you have done a superb job with this. Additionally, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Internet explorer. Exceptional Blog!|

that’s a good question. As of right now I don’t. All I can say is keep a backup. Come and let me know if you find something.
